When you submit a valuation, we collect the van specifications you enter (make, model, year, mileage, features, region) and your email address. We store this information to generate your valuation report and to send you a copy via email.
Your van specs are used to query our comparable listings database and generate your price estimate. Your email is used only to deliver your valuation report. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand site traffic and performance. If you arrive through an outreach link or campaign link, VanPricer may store basic source information, such as campaign parameters, landing page, and referring page, so we can understand which outreach efforts lead to valuation submissions and paid reports.
We use OpenAI's API to generate AI analysis. Van specs (not your email) are sent to OpenAI for processing. We use Stripe for payment processing. We use Neon PostgreSQL for database storage.
Valuation records are retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your data by emailing us.
